Two Tray Models — Same Platform

Spine Model (This Demo)

Instruments and implants coexist in the same tray grid. Screws sit in molded slots next to retractors and awls. The NFC tag on each position knows what workflow to fire — presence check for instruments, tamper seal for implants.

Examples: Medtronic Solera™, DePuy PERL10, Stryker Spine trays

One Tag Per Position, Three Workflows

Instruments — Position tag confirms presence. Tracks reprocessing cycles. Auto-routes to SPD.

Implants — NTAG 424 DNA tamper seal. Break fires billing, UDI, EHR, commission. Irreversible.

Biologics — ISBT 128 + donor trace + temp chain. Separate regulatory track (21 CFR 1271).
